One of many hallmarks that distinguish unbelievers from God’s people is honoring or dishonoring God by thankfulness or the lack there of.

“For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools.”

Romans 1:21-22

“Amen, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen.”

Revelation 7:12

May God’s grace work wisdom and thanksgiving deep into our hearts to glorify Him with our praises. Amen.
